Gym, Cardio Kickboxing, Kids Karate and Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu,

Personal Training and other Group Classes. We have a membership rate to suit everyone

from casual visitors to 12 month memberships. We are not a "body building" Gym but a

Family Fitness Centre for "everybody". We offer discounted rates for FIFO, parents of

Kids Martial Arts students, family/ sporting/ school groups and are part of the

Townsville City Council Fitness Passport. We also offer FREE Gym orientation

 on ALL Gym memberships! FREE Kids playroom also available.
